Log of where people link from

This is simply a FORMula_One sequence in which a <LOG> tag is used to record the data in a csv format and the most basic <CSV> tag is used to play it back here, however some simple syntax could be employed to re-route the data to a real database.
Blank fields typically indicate users using a bookmark, however I do delete bookmark entries on a regular basis.
